Stage Door Connections developed the Broadway Dances Workshop Series to prepare young dancers for auditions, performances and competitions, as well as to expose dancers to the different choreographic styles that are currently being represented on Broadway. Our Pre-Professional teachers are Broadway performers and associate choreographers. They will give students all of the tools they need to execute an effective audition or performance.

This seminar will start with a dance session where students will learn choreography, dialect training and staging from Billy Elliot. You will then have the opportunity to ask David questions about the audition process and anything else you would like to know about how to become a successful dancer.

Whether preparing to audition for regional theatre, a university program, a school play or dance team, or are preparing for a competition or a performance, this seminar will make young dancers more dynamic performers.
