He is the oldest of the Davies boys; George is most sensible and mature, though still able to play and have fun; takes charge when he needs to. Must be a very strong mover and have an unchanged pop/rock voice. Jack: Male, principal, to play 10-12 years old, any ethnicity. He is the second oldest of the boys; he is the naughtiest and most outlandish, but even his cheek comes from a good heart. Must have strong movement skills and an unchanged pop/rock voice. Peter: Male, 8-10, principal, male, to play 8-10 years old, any ethnicity. He is the second youngest of the boys; Peter is buried under the grief of losing his father; thoughtful and considered, initially angry and contained, he goes on a journey from "not believing" to opening up and embracing the world of magic and play that Barrie presents to him. Must move very well and have an unchanged pop/rock voice. Michael: Male, 6-8, principal, male, to play 6-8 years old, any ethnicity. He is the youngest of the boys, is also possibly the loudest and most confident in his actions and his statements; unknowingly funny; must have an unchanged pop/rock voice.

Seeking:Ann: Female, 20-29, vocal style: strong R&B, pop belt, should also have an intimate, sweet mix sound. A farm girl who comes to New York City full of dreams to be an actress and finds her dreams dashed by closed doors and the poverty of the Depression. Unaware of the impact his actions have on others. Male & Female Singers (Chorus / Ensemble): Males & Females, 20-39, a company of diverse, energetic, and hotblooded chameleons: in the daylight they should represent the vibrant multicultural fabric of modern-day New York, but at night they become the eerie creatures of Skull Island and the tireless sailors that battle a brutal sea voyage. Lumpy: 30s-40s; strong character baritone; a lovely man who has been slapped in the face more times than a clown and has the face to prove it; Lumpy always gets up and gets on and tries to do his best; has worked with Carl for many years, mostly because Carl keeps him paid; but unlike others who are swept up in Carl's latest promises, Lumpy remains a realist and a moral man; he knows what is right and tries to uphold it.
